"In our life there is a single colour, as on an artist's palette, which provides the meaning of life and art. It is the colour of love". Chagall I love using paint. I love putting colour to canvas and allowing it to tell the stories of what I see, feel and think. I want to paint everything..my sister on her wedding day, the warmth of a hug, the sun rising on the Serengeti. I work with an eclectic mix of subject matter and styles - but if there is one element which runs through them all it is colour. My inspiration comes from all around - from conversations, travel, music, film, feelings and thoughts - or sometimes just a desire to play with colour and form. All art gives us inspiration and hope and it connects us to each other in a very special way. My work is one-off and original - but I am happy to discuss commissions.
